PicMii Crowdfunding was built to solve a real problem. Founders needed a better way to raise. Investors needed a real way in. We built it.
But the name was never the point. The platform was.
Over the last few years we didn’t just add features — we rebuilt the thing from the ground up. The technology. The experience. The product line. Because the founders and investors who trust us with their raises deserve the best version of what we set out to make.
Today, we’re officially Highlander.
Not just a new name. A new foundation. Regulation Crowdfunding. SPV setup. Cap table management. Transfer agent services. And more on the way — every product built around one idea: capital raises should feel as modern as the companies raising.
I’m proud of what PicMii started. But Highlander is the platform we always knew founders deserved.
Nothing about your account, your raise, or your standing with us changes. The name on the door does. Everything under it just got better.

What happened to PicMii Crowdfunding?
PicMii Crowdfunding is now Highlander. We changed our name on March 15, 2026 and rebuilt the platform around it. Same company, same team, same registrations — only the name and the technology are new.
Is Highlander the same company as PicMii Crowdfunding?
Yes. Highlander is the brand name of PicMii Crowdfunding, and the legal entity behind it has not changed. Every account, agreement, and commitment made with PicMii Crowdfunding stays in force under the Highlander name.
Why did PicMii change its name to Highlander?
The platform outgrew the name. We rebuilt the product from the ground up and expanded beyond Regulation Crowdfunding into SPV setup, cap table management, and transfer agent services. Highlander reflects what founders actually come to us for: to raise higher, and to build something that holds up after the round closes.
When did PicMii Crowdfunding become Highlander?

Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your login, password, and account history carry over exactly as they were. There is nothing you need to do.
Are my existing investments and agreements still valid?
Yes. Because the legal entity did not change, every agreement, commitment, and investment already in place remains valid exactly as signed.
Did your SEC registration or FINRA membership change?
No. Our SEC registration and FINRA membership remain in effect and unchanged, held by the same legal entity as before.
What happens to picmiicrowdfunding.com?
Highlander now lives at www.highlander.ai. If you have picmiicrowdfunding.com bookmarked, update it to www.highlander.ai — that is where every raise, account, and product now lives.
Highlander is the brand name of PicMii Crowdfunding LLC, an SEC-registered funding portal and FINRA member (CRD No. 310171, SEC File No. 7-246). Our registration and membership remain in effect and unchanged, and all existing agreements remain valid.
